DAILY HYDRATION

Getting into a healthy water routine can be a struggle for many of us. You need way more than you think.

SUN PROTECTION

Make sure you use a good sunscreen at least 30 SPF or higher!


Those rays are strong and harmful. Not only are we more at risk than ever for sun damage and skin cancer due to global warming, but not protecting our skin also can make us look way older than we actually are!!! No amount of makeup or filler can help with sun damage.


I personally like to use an SPF in my daily moisturizer as well as my foundation of choice. I’ve also recently found a face mist spray that I love for a quick refresher application during the day. My personal favorites are IT cosmetic CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ and Neutrogena Invisible Daily Defence Sunscreen Face Mist- SPF 50.



GET MOVING

A little exercising goes a long way. Get that blood flow flowing!!!


When we exercise we help nourish the skin cells which helps keep them vital. This is because our blood carries nutrients and oxygen to our working cells – including our skin. Blood flow also helps carry away all that gunk and waste like free radicals (responsible for breaking down our skin’s collagen, resulting in unflattering skin blemishes like fine lines, dark spots, wrinkles, and loose, saggy skin.) All you need is about 20 mins a day a few times a week! The benefits will pay off...we promise!!! My personal favorites are Zumba Dance fitness and Pilates.
